Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For UK orders: 3-4 (working) days from ordering.
For European orders: 12-16 days from ordering.
For AUS/USA/Rest of the world orders: 14-20 days from ordering.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Returns
REFUND POLICY
By purchasing products from Olivia Sewell/oliviasewell.com, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.
All products sold by Olivia Sewell are bespoke and made-to-order.
RETURNS POLICY
All Olivia Sewell products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. You will need to provide proof of damage, and may be asked to return the damaged product.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@oliviasewell.com immediately and we will work to resolve the situation.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged once received, please take photos before and after opening your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@oliviasewell.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly. Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect can be returned at no extra cost. In these cases, we can either provide a shipping label or arrange a collection.
CANCELLATIONS
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows customers to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. However, please note, the 14 day cooling off does not apply to made-to-order, custom or personalised products. As all Olivia Sewell products are made-to-order, the items cannot cancelled and are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
