Printed in the UK on 290 gsm Hahnemühle Bamboo paper.
90% of this unique, eco friendly paper is made from resource saving bamboo fibres, this produces a warm-toned and soft felt surface. Bamboo is acid free, lignin free and free from OBAs.
Ingredients: 90% Bamboo, 10% Cotton

DELIVERY (Digitally Printed Products)
Our digitally printed products (eg. prints, table linen, t-shirts, tea towels and cushions) are printed on demand by one of our worldwide print partners, and shipped directly to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For UK orders: 3-5 days business days.
For European orders: 12-16 business days.
For AUS/USA/Rest of the world orders: 14-20 business days.
DELIVERY (Original Art)
After purchasing one of Olivia's original artworks, we will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange delivery. We use a specialised art courier service.
Free delivery for original works for UK only.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (International Orders)
For international orders, please note that shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your email address and phone number are included with your order, as couriers may require this information for customs clearance.
Original artworks are often exempt from import duty and may be subject to a reduced rate of tax in some countries. However, regulations vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information before purchasing.
REFUND POLICY
If you are a UK customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange, minus any delivery charges. Please note that original artworks, products printed to order, or any sales from outside of the UK, are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.
All items must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.
